We love staying at Tru's around the country but this team in St George went above and beyond to make our family have a special time. Our airbnb fell through last minute and Tru moved things around last minute to get us rooms next to each other. Our 3 boys enjoyed the game area and the pancake machines at breakfast. One very kind gentleman walks around and says hi to everyone and asks how their stay has been. I recommend this place for families.

Modern yet very friendly hotel, the staff was kind and kept everything clean. You could easily tell they love being there and serving guests, always smiling . The breakfast room is large and welcoming with a great variety. The feather pillows and soap containers are a favorite! They have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap , and lotion available in full size self dispensers so you don’t have to bring your own. It’s so much better than little tiny bottles for one use. And it smells like lemons! Very convenient and comfortable for our work group .

We came in a very Large group upon arrival they hand put a white board out welcoming our group. Then checking Rosland was here to greet us and tell us everything she had to offer and checked us all in very quick. She was great dealing with a large group. The next morning at Breakfast Tisha came around introduced herself asked what she could do to make things better and pep up our team. If we needed anything Tysha or Jenna were right there to help. That night coming back Rosland was here to help with anything and with over 35+ needing showers she was sure to make sure everyone had all the towels and everything needed. They let us have dinners in the lobby and kinda takeover. They were so good to us. We definitely enjoyed our stay

We loved staying at this hotel with our 3 little kids (6 months, 2 years and 4 years). We stopped here for just a night on our way to and from California to visit in laws. This hotel is clean and modern. The front desk people were so kind and welcoming. I love that the lobby has family-oriented games, and so much space to hang out. The breakfast is awesome and again, so much space for everyone to sit. I only wish they had some high chairs available for the baby. We may have only stayed one night, but we would stay here for longer. I am autistic and have issues with smells and REALLY struggle to stay in hotels because of this, but I had no problems being here. And the 24/7 market had Advil which was much appreciated after a long drive with 3 tiny kids. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, and we will definitely be staying here in the future.

I enjoyed my stay at Tru! I love Tru hotels because they are pet friendly (with a fee) but are great about it. No parking fees which I also love! Their free breakfast is pretty good and they have attentive staff. Their coffee and creamer selections were also above bar for me. The hotel was immaculately clean and we were also impressed with the TV size in the room! My only thing that could be improved (and I say this about ALL hotels) is a larger garbage can for the room. Hotels always have the tiniest garbage cans that just a couple things will fill up! I would absolutely stay here again when in the area.

The people here were so accommodating and so sweet. Made me friend and I feel so welcome. We had issues with having to extend our stay because of weather and they made it no issue at all and let us check in early and everything. Yall are seriously the best and would recommend this place to anything!!! And they were so accommodating to my dietary restrictions during breakfast offering my gluten free toast and almond milk!

My stay here was exceptional! The rooms may have been the least of the what impressed me, but it was fine for sleeping. We had a double queen room, it was mostly just the beds, also had a tv (which we did not use, so I don’t know what kind of streaming it offered). There was a small fridge, which was useful. I loved the lemon sugar hand soap and body lotion in all the bathrooms (for the room and the lobby). I was there with a group so we spent a lot of time in the lobby. There were plenty of things to do (games, pool table, swimming pool and hot tub, etc). The breakfast was great (not just a continental). They served toast, eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, and juices, along with all the different fixin’s you might want. Honestly, the most impressive thing was the staff! They were so nice! Every employee we passed welcomed us to Tru and offered an “enjoy your stay!” The desk staff was so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend a stay at Tru by Hilton!

We love the colorful bright colors. Really like floors without carpet. Shower was great. Breakfast yogurt and fruit was very yummy. Smaller room not a problem. Bed was comfortable. Just replace all of the old model hotels with som form of these and you’ll be far ahead of the other hotel companies. Oh yes, the price was good too!
